La Madalena feels so cosmopolitan -- like you've stepped into a trendy restaurant in the heart of Manhattan, but with all the charm of Puerto Vallarta. The vibe, the food, the service -- everything was top-notch. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. One of the most memorable parts was the table-side presentation of their carnivorous options. From seafood to steaks and chops, they do an incredible job walking you through their key meat selections before you order, adding to the whole experience. Now, let's talk food. The truffle mashed potatoes with a parmesan crisp? One of the best things I've ever eaten -- seriously! And the Wagyu steak, prepared tableside, literally melted in my mouth. To top it all off, the churros were a treat -- they customize them with your preferred toppings right in front of you. I'll definitely be back.
